Welcome to EasyVigour Excel Based Free Workout SoftWare...
The free software applications provided here for download are written in
Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (Excel). That means you must have a
copy of Excel in order to run them. They run best on Excel 95 Version 7.0a,
but do also run well on later versions, at least up until Excel 2,000.

Endurance Training Workout Software for the Macintosh computer (not totally fine tuned, but at least you
can get a feel for what it can do.- The Mac version will "Print", but can not
"Print Preview". Please accept my apologies!)
For more information on the EasyVigour Trainer System:-
- To download: - right click the link, and click "Save Target As..." The target file will be downloaded to your chosen hard drive location.
- You will need to run Winzip to extract the file. Winzip is available as
shareware from http://www.Winzip.com/.
(You may already have a copy of Winzip "hidden" in your computer's operating
system: try double clicking your downloaded zip file to find out).
(MacIntosh users: You can use "Stuffit" to extract
- Your workout software is contained within the Excel file. Double click, and away you go!
Note on Excel 2,000 Virus warnings: -
If you trust your supplier (that's me!), you can trust the Excel file not to
contain viruses. To change Excel 2,000's virus
settings, open Excel, click on Tools in the menu
bar, click on Macro, click on
Security, and select "Medium".

the start date of the month you wish to analyse for highs, lows and troughs!
